Can you validate a PayPal account without linking a bank account or credit card? Someone mentioned "vanilla visa" as an option?

Actually there's no other way validate a paypal account without a credit card since credit card is the only way you can prove your account in case it being hacked or troubled.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
