Depressive disorders are often difficult to spot, therefore, it is highly recommended that the person in question be seen by their Doctor.. Your family doctor may prescribe a medication to help with depression. If this is the case it is extremely important to take meds as directed and never just stop taking them. I am not a doctor, but some of the symptoms are:1.
Crying often and excessively2. Spending too much time in bed3. A negative attitude4.
Panic Attacks5. A feeling of hopelessnessStudies have proven that even a little exercise, such as walking, may help in treating depression. The problem is...when a person is deep in depression, they do not want to walk.So the first step is getting them to a Doctor.
My best to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
