Did Anyone ever experience a Manic Episode?

I have manic episodes daily! The fact that I live alone makes things worse, because I just go crazy around the apartment. I try to stay in control of the situation as best as I can.

Listen to music. Or go on youtube and watch videos and leave crazy comments about them. OR.

If im really having a psychotic fit. I leave my home with my 3 pocket camera's and just take photos of anything. Houses, buildings, a dead raccoon run over by a moving van.

Or I walk around the outside of the cemetery over and over or sit in the park and draw attention to myself by singing with my headphones on.

Occasionally, I can be happy and enthusiastic one day, then lose my temper and have no energy the next day. I have smashed plates in front of my manager (you already know) and thrown a chair across the living room. Have a look at this video, I feel like throwing a chair right now, how dare they disrespect kittens, LOL!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
