Do Republican Voters realize they just voted to raise their taxes?

They don't care. They just hear a dog whistle when someone mentions taxes.

Why is that , do you ever look at the underlying reasons for anything. In fact, during World War II, it hit a high of 94% in a all out war for survival yes tax as much as you want but when there are no wars and bills have been paid how can you justify a government taking more than 50% from anyone.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
