Not really. You have to borrow money and show that you paid it back promptly. Your best best is to get a secured credit card where the credit card is attached to a savings account where you can charge as much as you have in the bank.An alternative to that is a credit card from a store like Macy's.

Usually they're easier to get because the store wants you to buy from them. And you can try applying to credit cards online. Some banks aren't particular.
