Does any one actually believe Republicans can repeal the health care law?

The last thing the GOP wants is for Obamacare to go away. The only reason they want to repeal it is so they can put it into law as their own bill. The only reason the GOP wants to repeal it is because it sounds better as "The Obama job-killing healthcare bill".

People don't tend to look at healthcare from the health industry side (I work in insurance). Yes, Obamacare is going to *change* healthcare, but that's only because healthcare as it currently exists is unsustainable ,,, facts: 1. The population is getting older by 3 years per year.

2. The cost of healthcare is rising 10-15% per year. 3.

People are being cancelled or quitting their coverage because they can't afford it. 4. When people have medical emergencies, they go to the ER, where Medicare covers it.

5. There are huge increases in medical conditions that require long-term care (diabetes, heart disease, autism, etc.) ...so, we have an industry going down the tubes and medicare potentially being a runaway firehose ,,, And Obamacare is good economics - by virtue of: 1. making health care coverage mandatory (well, if you don't have it you'll be taxed - which is a good idea because otherwise it comes out of Medicare) 2. If there are millions new policies required, there will obviously be more demand, and when there's more demand, prices go down because there is a corresponding increase in supply.

There's more but that's the gist of it. If they repeal it, the (presumably) GOP congress will just put it back -- it *was* modeled after Mitt Romney's Massachusetts health care bill and the healthcare industry is on the road to ruin right now -- which is why the healthcare industry *wants* Obamacare -- it makes their industry sustainable. No and here is why. 1. Republicans will win the next presidential election and try to repeal it.

2. Democrats will again have control of the house and senate because the tea party has proven they will let the country fail to make a point.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
