Early 70's horror: Family housesits& along with maintaining the home they must bring food to the old lady in attic?

Movie early 70's:A family has housesitting gig they are using as vacation. The home is out in the country &resembles a castle of sorts. There was a very pale man with drawn features who drove a hurse(herse?

). One of their jobs is to deliver meals to the attic. In the end the family finds out the old attic lady lives on by killing the house guests & she keeps pics of all the previous housesitters on a table in her room. The father I believe ends up jumping out a window& saves family Asked by super9861 2 months ago Similar questions: Early 70's horror Family housesits& maintaining home bring food lady attic Entertainment > Movies.

Have another look, it is definitely the movie you are looking for.

I agree with Quinn F. It's "Burnt Offerings", with Karen Black and Oliver Reed.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
