The Miss Rodeo America organization works with state organizations to select a rodeo queen to represent her state and carry her state title to the national pageant to compete for the title of Miss Rodeo America. The Miss Rodeo America website also maintains a list of upcoming queen clinics where young ladies can learn the art and craft of competing in the various rodeo queen pageant events. The Miss Rodeo America Organization is made up of more than 100 volunteers who believe in the value of the program and who wish to see the pageant experience continue to grow and improve for future contestants. Aside from the Executive Director and an Office Manager, the planning and execution of the pageant and other organizational activities is done solely by passionate volunteers.
