Help! Okay I have downloaded a new theme, how do I apply it to my WordPress blog?

The theme downloaded is usually in compressed (zip) format. First, extract the zip file. The structure might need to be preserved (please check the readme file from the author of the theme).

Then, use FTP client to access your website. Create a directory for the new theme under wp-content/themes (e.g. Wp-content/themes/mynewtheme). Upload this theme to the aforementioned folder.

To activate newly installed theme: 1. Log in to the Admin page: yourblogname.com/wp-admin 2. Click on Appearance - Themes (located on the left hand side) 3.

From the Available Themes, click on the theme title/the screenshot. 4. Once the theme is previewed, click on Activate "Theme Name" link.

Please note, the selection of theme above is for WordPress 2.7 installation. Previous version of WordPress has slightly different location.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
