If you are leaving for work, start pumping now. After each feeding (always feed baby first, before pumping), pump some milk, put it into a milk storage bag, and freeze it. Frozen breastmilk can last for 12 months.
This way your baby will have plenty of milk stored up and you won't have to worry about running out while you are at work. Make each bottle around 2-3 ounces. That should be plenty for her.
At this age, some are feeding very often, like every hour, and others feed every three hours. At work, you will need to pump every 3 hours for 15 minutes each time. Make sure your boss knows this.
If you have a fridge/freezer to store the milk, that is great. If not, get a good insulated lunchbox with plenty of ice packs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
