If you want to loose 10 pounds in one week you are going to need to make some changes. You need to reduce your calorie intake or burn off a total of 35,000 calories. Unless you regularly pig out on junk food, this is not a reasonable goal.
The Sacred Heart Diet, according to a diet website, was created by doctors at the hospital as a quick diet (just seven days).
Eating healthy foods and getting regular exercise will help almost anyone overweight to lose those unwanted pounds, but a goal of 10 pounds in one week is not realistic for most people. Losing 1.5 to 2 pounds each week is obtainable for most people and many find they are more apt to keep the weight off when they lose at a slow, steady pace. Avoid foods that are laden with sugar and skip the chips and sodas.
Eat lean cuts of beef and chicken along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Other foods that will help you reach your goal are fresh fish, canned tuna, whole grains and low fat dairy products.
Don't eat. Work out all day every day, stay up all night, and drink nothing but water. You'll basically be dead but I call it the Holocaust diet- they had to do a lot of hard work and eat nothing all the time and would lose most of their body weight in just two weeks.
WOW! Talk about results?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
