How can Republicans say Presidents don't create jobs & attack Obama on unemployment at the same time?

No president since FDR has faced as dire an economic situation as President Obama faced on his first day in office, yet conservatives criticize unfairly and ignore the high unemployment rates under recent presidents. It is obvious that their intent is to bash rather than to face reality. There is no great mystery to their illogical campaign.

I wonder what degree their hysteria would reach if the unemployment rate were as high as the 10.8% that it reached under Reagan.

The other presidents did not pass $787 billion Stimulus programs to lower the unemployment rate, then allow the money to be swallowed up by useless pork spending. Obama basically allowed almost a trillion dollars to be dumped down a tube hoping a few jobs might turn up at the other end. There was no oversight at all to the bill he signed.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
