How do you get rid of the yellow stains on the wall from old cigarette smoke?

Unless the walls were well washed, painted with Killz or other stain coverup primer, and repainted with regular wall paint, your walls will likely be yellowed with tar and nicotine stains, as the oils attract dirt and dust. It isn't easy to remove with simple soap and water. Just think what happens to human and pet lungs, and other organs?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
