How does allostasis help the body cope with stress?

The "good stress" response of allostasis is protective and restorative. It allows your mind-body-spirit connection to maintain homeostasis in the face of stressors/triggers. Major stressors (such as the loss of a loved one, divorce or loss of a job) as well as minor stressors (the daily wear and tear of living, family arguments or being stopped in a traffic jam) set off the release of stress hormones that boost your body's level of alertness and energy in order to help your mind-body-spirit connection meet the challenge.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
