While caffeine may appear to aid or enable energy on some level, it throws energy off on other levels. Your heart, for instance, will tick a little faster in response to the caffeine, your liver will work a little harder to process the caffeine, and your kidneys will filter more fluid due to caffeine's diuretic effect. It's well documented that caffeine enhances performance, so you'll likely work a little harder and burn more energy while under the influence of caffeine, which can result in energy depletion, sleep deprivation, and perhaps a caffeine withdrawal headache once it's all gone.
You've essentially robbed your long-term energy stores to get a short-term jolt, and the energy debt will be felt as low mood, exhaustion, and yes . . .
Less energy!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
