How does my outlook affect my irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)?

If you are looking for the blessings in your life, that is what you are going to notice. If you are focused on the pain, discomfort and lack of control you seem to have over your irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), that is what you are going to notice. If you are focused on the progress, peace and joy in your life, you will be less likely to suffer from the pain and discomfort of your IBS.

Please understand that this does not mean you are to pretend that you do not have pain, cramping, diarrhea, constipation and other disturbing symptoms. They are real and no amount of pretending will take them away. But, you can realize that at the same time that there is pain, cramping, diarrhea, and constipation in your life, there is also joy, happiness, friendship and peace in your life.

The good and the bad coexist. Without denying one or the other, you can choose which world you will focus on. Over that, you have complete control.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
