Agreed with Roy--it keeps awhile frozen and you'll do best to thaw it in thefridge rather than sitting out. It's best to let it soften a room temperature for hours until it is soft. It won't go bad sitting out like that, but don't leave it out for longer than a day or you might find it has gone a bit off.
I always have too much left over. You can put it in a freezer bag. It will last about 6 months then if you don't use it right away.
Just thaw it out in the fridge next time you are going to need it to frost something else at least a day ahead of time. If you plan on wanting to use it again soon, you can leave it covered in the fridge for 3 days.
I'm Uncle Roy from "The Northwoods Cooking Show" on You Tube and Facebook. I bake a lot and have won 100's of ribbons from County and State fairs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
