DON'T! Ordinary tap water often include chemicals like chloride that will leave a residue on your screen. Coarse paper towels or cloths may even scratch and damage your very sensitive LCD display, causing clouding and can even lead to dead pixels.

I use a microfibre cloth, no chemicals, and go over the stubborn ones again.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
