No problem. Last June? You'd know.

Trust your senses, that's what they do. If it smells ok, and looks ok, it's ok!

They're probably all right. You might want to cook them up sooner rather than later.

If you were a restaurant, the rule would be that they could spend two hours at that temperature. Beyond that, you'd have to chuck them. In the home, it's a bit more variable.

If you cook them absolutely immediately (right now, do not pass Go, do not collect $200) and you're otherwise in good health, you will PROBABLY be safe, if it was only a few hours more than that. The longer it went, the more dangerous it is. Whether it's worth it to you to risk your health over a few dollars worth of meat... that's not something I can answer for you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
