The thing about anxiety is that the more you fear something, the more it will happen. When you fight how you feel or tell yourself "I have to stop this now" or "I have to be in control of this", you tend to get worse. The remedy is to accept how you feel now, even though you do not like it, and tell yourself that it's not fun, but you will get through it, and it's okay if you get sick at school.
It may be hard to believe at first, but anxiety is strange and the more you push away what you fear, the more it happens. By saying "what if", you invite your symptoms to occur. Obviously, you do not want to do this or feel this way, so it is hard to accept that it's okay to feel sick.
Realize that you feel sick but you do not have a physical sickness such as the flu, and therefore it's okay if it happens. At this point it will happen less and less. You also should not have to go through this alone, because stomach issues are no fun and it can be hard to break the cycle of anxiety once it starts.
See your primary doctor about it and see if they have any suggestions for medications (stomach or anxiety) that may help you while you work on accepting your anxiety. It's understandable to feel this way, it's a tough situation, but definitely talk to your doctor and you will be able to get through this.
Imodeum will stop it. Take it half hour before you go to school.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
