I personally think that carrot juice is the best tasting one to mix with fruit, I like to mix carrot strawberry and apple. Also, it's technically a root, but putting some ginger (just a small amount unless you really like the flavor, it's strong) in your juice has a lot of health benefits and can taste really good with pears and apples Another good one believe it or not is celery, if you mix celery with a fruit with strong flavor such as strawberries or cranberries you can't even taste it. Anytime you can add a veggie and get the nutrients without a strong veggie flavor, I think that's a good thing.
