Well we don't have boca or morning star here. We just got quorn and I like that. Thai food is really good... I have thai veggie curries a lot.

It's veggies cooked in coconut milk, lots of spices... it's hard to explain the taste but it's spicy, creamy and a bit sweet at the same time. Some have tofu in them as well as veggies. Indian food - I really like vegetable jalfrezi and mutter paneer... it's like cubes of firm cottage cheese cooked in a thick spiced sauce, it's really nice and strong.

There are LOADS of vegetarian dishes in Indian food and most are very strong and lots of flavours. Mexican food - you can make vegetarian nachos, burritos, tacos, anything and make it as spicy as you want. Put garlic in your guacamole to give it that kick.

You can also make vegetarian chili with meat replacement and peppers, onion, seasoning. Chinese stir fries - with tofu, meat replacements or just veggies. There are some spicy and tasty recipe base sauces in the supermarket, or you can look up recipes to make your own.

Falafel - kinda spicy (usually vegan) fried balls made of herbs/breadcrumbs etc, can have with salad, in a wrap etc Some other things I like are: spinach & ricotta lasagna gnocci with a rich tomato type sauce and cheese vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise veggie kebabs with tofu, onion, green pepper, mushroom and marinated mini pizzas made on english muffins vegetarian cottage pie/shepards pie... veggie mince "meat" with veggies like carrots, celery etc and mashed potato & cheese on top baked potato with cream cheese, imitation bacon or the bolognaise sauce on top all kinds of salads - especially with avocado and croutons (cut up bread fried in the pan with garlic) pizza with pumpkin, ricotta cheese, red onion and some mozarella vegetarian sushi vegie burgers or hotdogs stuffed capsicum/peppers with rice and spices and cheese.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
