The safety reverse system's force setting may need adjustment. The closing door should stop and reverse when contacting a 2x4 laid flat. If the force setting is too lite it will reverse when the door reached the floor.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
