Hello. To be honest, your item was listed incorrectly. It happens.
It should have been listed as used, because it was used, not new. Thats okay, you cannot take that back; just be aware for future selling. As for the case, what you should do is offer the buyer a full refund upon receipt of the item.
Communicate with the buyer, do you ignore the case or any emails form the buyer. If the buyer escalates the claim to eBay, you will or may lose the case and all the funds (money) associated with the transaction may be "reversed" meaning the buyer will get a full refund. Work with the buyer and communicate professionally and politely to resolve the issue.
Most people understand that mistakes happen. Also, if you want to avoid a return, try offering the buyer a partial refund. For instance, if the buyer paid $60, offer a $10 refund to close the case and ensure their satisfaction.
You will be surprised at how often this will save you money and hassle with returns.
If you have written documentation of EVERYTHING you say you did (in terms of answering questions and offering additional items ) you might have a chance. I know a PSP is not a cheap item, so I would try to fight this before offering a refund.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
