Read the job description; it isn't part of the President's job to do ANYTHING for any specific individual regardless of social or economic status. PEOPLE should wake up and realize that. CONGRESS should stop trying (and failing) to do thing FOR the poor.
Why? Because Poverty in El Paso is DIFFERENT from Poverty in Schenectady; Minneapolis and Saratoga FL. TO TRULY HELP improve conditions for 'poor' people those making the effort HAVE TO BE WHERE THE POVERTY IS.
It can be done by the 'one size fits all' attempts at policies enacted by Congress or any President. That's how the War on Poverty (Declared by Lyndon Johnson D-Texas. .
.) has failed.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
