If I am 78 years old have I to attend jury duty compusoy?

In the Us court system, if you are over 70 years of age you MAY be excused from jury duty. The exemption for jurors is at the discretion of the court, and are considered on a individual basis. You must explain the hardship you would be under by attending court.In your case it may be due to ill health or lack of available transport or similar reason.
