Skillet Queso from Chili's ( a guilty pleasure of mine that I allow myself once per year) with their chips Brutus Caesar salad from Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen in St. Helena, CA Barbecued tri-tip steak with vinyard marinade on it from Brentwood Fine Meat, barbecued to medium rare and rested for 8 minutes and then thinly sliced by my husband's expert hand Grilled, cheesy garlic bread. Hmmm, let me think. I would start with a nice Caesar salad or some French onion soup. Yep, make it the soup.

Then I would like a big porterhouse steak and a huge baked potato just oozing with butter and maybe some nice shrimp scampi on the side. For desert I would want a nice big bowl of banana pudding and I would wash it all down with a big glass of sweet tea. I think that I’ll go search for a snack now.
