Basically one should not have inferiority complex or self-degradation. These two bad qualities may destabilize the moral foundations. It depends entirely on your present age.
Where there is a strong will-power, bull-dog determination and conviction, there can be several ways to come out of such difficult situations. Consult any of your near and dear friends or relatives. They will surely guide.
Frankly speaking, there is no hard and fast rule to get confused like this.
Well, there are suicide helplines and lots of free programs and support groups like AA that you can attend even if you are broke, so next time you are feeling low, maybe look up a support group or call a helpline. And skip the alcohol. Ask yourself why you feel you need to drink when drinking makes you feel so deeply depressed?
Do you like feeling depressed? I would think not. So stop with the alcohol consumption, because that just amplifies depression.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
