I'm looking for the best PREPAID Visa or Mastercard card: I need one that can be used internationally, while being reloaded online?

I found a site which has a bunch of prepaid cards and all the charges. It looks like there are no fees to have these cards. Many offer direct deposit.

Doubleminaz, you can find prepaid cards with low fees, but you won't find prepaid cards with no fees. Specifically, they all charge fees for international purchases and international ATMs. You can, however, find cards with no activation fee, no reload fees, and no monthly fees.My suggestion for low fee cards are Mango MasterCard and Green Dot.

You can find reviews on these and other prepaid cards at prepaidcards123.com Good luck!

You're going to be abroad, but still, find out of your home-town bank or credit union will issue a special card on your personal account just for the trip, and if they will let you simply move cash online from wherever you are in the world. The fees might kick in if you do online cash transfer transactions more than about once a week, but ask if ATMs in other countries would recognize your account to let you move cash. With the new U.S. banking laws, you have a set number of moves online and then they either charge you, or you have to go to a teller or an ATM to move money between accounts.

I'm not sure how international travel might affect this. What I'm suggesting is akin to the special arrangements you can make for Internet purchases that have one-time numbers.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
