Is it normal to go out with someone who is a complete idiot, and is hated by all your friends?

Maybe not. But I think we can all understand odd attractions. I think it's reasonable to explore your attraction to the guy/girl by going out on one or two dates to see what kind of person he/she really is.

MAYBE your friends' first impressions are wrong! BUT....I caution you. I've seen enough over the years to know that if all of your friends hate this person, there's probably a decent reason.

Please don't date someone who isn't worthy of you just to be contrary, to get attention, or for any other less than true motives. I've seen too many people get into bad, bad relationships and stick with them for years for all the wrong reasons. And in the end, they all get hurt.

Go into this date with your armor on, and guard your emotions carefully. Keep your head about you. And remember that you deserved to be treated like royalty.

I don't think it is normal. If you realize your lover is an idiot, what is so attractive in that person? Think about it.

Since your friends hate that person, if you continue to be with that person, you may loss your friends. Is it worth?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
