I think it's important to know what your body needs and the first option should always be foods that contain those vitamins, as many of the vitamin supplements contain fillers and other ingredients which aren't helpful. Ultimately you can overdose on anything and I wouldn't recommend taking any kind of supplement more than what's suggested on the label.
It is possible to overdose on everything and anything if taken in too large a quantity in a short period of time. Any substance can be poisonous, even if it is normally beneficial. I remember learning in university about a man who died from drinking too much carrot juice in a short time-his skin was orange-tinted when he died.
I don't see why vitamins would be different.
I can't take them when not pregnant, they make me ill. It wouldn't surprise me if there were dangers.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
