Taxes paid by business are just another cost added to the price of the goods or services offered by that business -- paid for by the consumer of that product or service. The same is true of any cost incurred by that business. Higher energy prices, higher wages, etc., etc. have to be recouped (generally in higher prices to the consumer) if the business is to make a profit and stay in business.
I feel your pain but ..This would have been a better question 20 years ago Harvey. We're over the 51% tipping point now so millions can consume and someone else has to pick up the tab. They don't give a damn about corporate taxes one way or the other.
Why should they?
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
