Is the Episcopal Church considered a Catholic Church?

SIMILAR -- yes SAME -- no. The Episcopal Church is the American version of The Church of England. It is a PROTESTANT Church (look up Martin Luther 99 Theses).

The Episcopal Church considers itself "catholic" in the religious sense of the word -- The Episcopal Church claims to trace its root directly back to the original Church of Jesus Christ as formed by the original Apostles. Because of this, the Episcopals and the Catholics share MANY ideas, doctrines, and religious ceremonies, but other than that the Episcopal Church is NOT directly related to the Catholic Church.

No. The resemblance is purely superficial. The Episcopal Church is an ex-Christian denomination that promotes homosexuality and abortion.

Episcopalians are completely compromised with secularism. They even have a bishop, Gene Robinson, who deserted his wife and two daughters to live with his boyfriend. Episcopalians are among several organizations that were originally Christian, but which sold out the gospel for a mess of potage.

Other mainline Protestant denominations to follow this course are the Evangelical Lutherans, the Presbyterian Church (USA), and the United Church of Christ. Other churches that begin with "United," like United Methodists, are teetering on the edge of Christianity. Cheers, Bruce.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
