Is there any advantage to paying PayPal via bank account (instead of credit card) for an eBay auction?

1 They're going to get their pound of flesh one way or the other, there's no escaping that fact. No matter how you pay, you'll have fees attached.

2 DO NOT PAy via bank account! Pay thru YOUR credit card or just Paypal....that way you are FULLY protected. I am A SELLER, BUYER & USER of paypal for almost 7 years..and I would NEVER pay a 4,000 with my bank account, its not secured...if you get HOSED...your bank won't help you, but your credit card company or paypal will.

I don't care how shiny 100% this seller looks, I would never pay that kind of $$$$$$$$$$$$ with my bank account. DO NOT DO IT! .

You didn't say you had concerns about the seller but if you do you could look into using an escrow service pages.ebay.com/help/pay/escrow.html . There's more of a fee but it could be worth it for piece of mind.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
