JEHOVAH WITNESSES? Why are you called, "Jehovah's Witnesses" and not "CHRISTIANS"?

They use the name Jehovah, knowing it is not His real name, without a care. It seems to be okay that it was the common form, and not the right one because that is what everyone was calling God at the time. But, don't they also think everyone else is from Satan?

Strange reasoning they use. And, the person that made up the name Jehovah was a spanish monk in 1270. It was not english!

"Jehovah" was the most common transliteration of God's name into English when JWs came on the scene. Nobody gave a second thought to "Yahweh" until JWs started preaching God's name. Then all of a sudden JW's spiritual enemies lobbied to get the form "Jehovah" out of favor.

But JWs don't care and still use "Jehovah." See, they know it's not right, but don't care!

Well, if you read the Scripture at Psalm 83:18 in the KJV of the Bible it will say that He, who's Name is Jehovah, is Most High over all the earth. Then in Matthew 6:9 “YOU must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. As God's Name is Jehovah, we are to make it sanctified.

JW's are not the only ones that use His Name but we do make a big deal out of it as Jesus Christ said to.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
