I would teach my son just as I would my daughter: 1) Keep your hands to yourself. 2) If your pass a lick expect to receive one. 3) You ALWAYS have the right to defend yourself.
The idea that girls should be allowed to inflict violence without expecting the same in return is ridiculous and extremely sexist. The argument that she is physically inferior does not grant her the right to act with impunity. If anything, it should make her all the more hesitant to resort to violence.
I believe in chivalry, but more than that I believe in fairness.
It starts from family and morals of the home I think has a lot to do with it. Violence is pick up by the environment in some cases imo. Its not always the case but in most it is.
If a male is shown violence or even females for that fact they tend to do what they are taught or picked up from the environment they grew up in. IMO a male is stronger then a female in most cases... My son would be taught as a young boy to not hit girls. As he gets older I would tell him to try his best to subdue her if he cant just leave the situation.
But if she's kinda getting the best of him and its life or death hell yeah he needs to survive only if he has no other alternative. But to hit her cause he's mad is not cool... Even if she hits him especially if he's way bigger then her would be a definite bad look. But I agree with what your saying.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
