It can only go down but I suspect that it would have little impact. Chicago doesn't have a Gun Problem, it has a Black Problem.
We've seen the result of "gun control" laws. I would like to see the result of repealing most of these "control" laws that have nothing to do with "crime control". Every other place that allowed law abiding taxpayers to exercise their right to personal protection has seen crime rates drop.
I see no reason to believe the results in Chicago will be any diferent.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
