This is a great question. You should just use your best judgment. I would hope that the stylist would not make you pay for the haircut or coloring and then you can leave a tip for her work.
That is what should happen. Talk to the owner and let her know you are not happy. Hopefully she will value you as a customer, see your hair and do the right thing.
That will make your decision easier. Otherwise if you do not want to leave a tip, do not. I would not visit that salon again.
This way you do not have to feel funny about not leaving the tip. You will never see those people again. When you pay a professional, you expect what you pay for.It is a shame your hair did not turn out.
Everyone makes mistakes but beauticians are trained to do hair. You should get what you paid for!
.I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
