Unusual maybe. I've never seen one that had a picture on it.
If so, a photo on the resume could be considered appropriate, since the position being hired/cast has, at minimum, an age range and gender in mind. However, if you are applying for a more "traditional" position, leave off the photo. Employers are supposed to offer equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, etc., and offering a photo at that early stage, in addition to being tacky, makes it hard for them to offer such opportunities.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
