Etiquette on wine sorry guy's I am a heathen if you like red then drink red if you like white then drink white. Taste is and should be a personal choice. Its like steak being cooked raw or well done.

Its should be cooked the way you like it. So many things can affect the taste. An apple to one person is sweat that same apple can be sour to the next.

Wine will e exactly the same. As for etiquette and food I don't buy into it.
