Yeah a few I eat everything with chopsticks....even if we go to a resturant(which is rare) I take my chopsticks. I have a pair for each day of week...its a trick I have used for years to keep off the 211 lbs I lost 25 years ago. I won't eat anything with seeds.My fruit always has to be peeled.

I have to smell everything first. I always tear the first piece of bread in a loaf..used to drive my X insane. I also like cottage cheese on chili and applesauce on beans.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
