In all my relationships, the girl asked me out. Either way is fine in my opinion.

Its better if the boy asks the girl but sometimes the girl likes to take initiative.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
