Take a picture of him and post a missing cat ad around your neighborhood. Is he friendly? Does he look scruffy?

If he is older he maybe lost. Just take care of him until you can find an owner. If he is put in the Humane society he may not get adopted and may be stuck in a cage or never come out of there.

He may not not have an owner. I love cats...help him to the maximum. He needs you.
