Unfortunately best way to burn off excess fat is to walk or jog, I found. To get the most out of this and it works for you due to rain, is cut holes in big garbage bag for head and arms and walk/run. U'll sweat and excess weight will fall off.
Keep extremely hydrated! I've done it for 5 days and lost 2 belt loops. An ab rocker is what you need.
Look @ garage sales or local trading post paper. They're cheap and directly work your core without the injury of neck. A regular crunch can be effective if done correctly.
Imagine a grapefruit between chin and chest and only lift shoulder blades. A marine crunch is also very effective. Raise your legs to 90 degree angle (legs paralle to floor) agn lift shoulder blades.
With ab rocker you can lay on your side to work out 'love handles'. Good luck.
If you can only do indoor stuff do squats and lunges that will help on your legs do like 25 of each 2-3 times a day. Ill be hard at first and your legs will burn but it will get better. And for abs do crunches theirs lots of diffrent ones, and for the abs to show better do cardio.
This will also help you on your legs too. But if you want fast results do intense short cardio rather than long weak cardio. Hope this helps!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
