Yoga and Pilates are very different from each other, so it depends on what you want to get out of the class. If you want to gain flexibility and learn to relax, take a yoga class. If you want to strengthen your core, take a Pilates class.
I find I can do beginner yoga type stuff at home with videos. Pilates can be equipment intensive and even at beginner level is best learned with a professional. I have taken both mat and reformer Pilates classes and want to take more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
