Thanks :( I know, im having trouble finding a doctor I like. My parents don't see a physician regularly, and any friends I have are inbetween doctors because, like me, they are just off of their parents insurance. And ive had bad luck with doctors before, not listening or caring or doing the proper tests.
Ive basically had to research my symptoms myself and try to figure out what to get tested for or what to do. I will continue to try to find a good doctor though, maybe a holistic one? Do you have any experience with those kind of doctors?

Being tired all the time is a symptom of low thyroid levels. You need to have a blood test done to see what those levels are. While they are doing the tests, they will also look for vitamin deficiencies, which can also cause you to feel tired.
There are other more serious things that can drain energy. I good doctor and a good physical is the best way to be sure. Playing a guessing game here on Askville is not the answer.

Stop eating anything corn or corn related. Stop eating massive amounts of grain like bread and pasta. IE: eliminate omega 6 foods and seek out omega 3 foods.

I didn't read them all but the food suggestions are the best..... add fermented foods to your diet like Kifir sour dough bread, vinegars, Kambucha, sour milk (unpasteurized of course not store bought)add lots more raw food especially and don't gross out but Raw eggs (organic or free range) 3 a day and your immune system will strengthen. Also get tested for LYME disease .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
