Naturally, there is a lot of guilt when you feel all the emotions that having a bipolar partner brings up in you. You may feel that you have no right to feel what you feel, and then the guilt can tear you apart. Your partner is needy and vulnerable and you wonder how you can think only of yourself in a time like this.
If you think about leaving the relationship, this can bring up even more uncomfortable emotions; but rest assured, your thoughts are normal here, as well. If you feel guilty for having mean thoughts about your partner, not wanting to have sex, or wanting to leave the relationship, this simply means that you're human. The answer is to give yourself some time.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
