What can and can't you give to people in prison in carepackages or when you visit? (Is it federally mandated?

Please don't give me jokey answers about weapons and files. I'd like a detailed list or resource if there is one. Thanks!

From working in a California State prison, the answer is nothing can be given the prisoner. ANYTHING the prisoner gets as a perk is purchased thru the prison canteen, at higher prices that guarantee that nothing else is in that bag of ramen but dried noodles and flavoring. And visiting at a table like that? I've been at those tables--that's where the prisoners live. She'd have had some guy trying to jump her from behind, which is why no one ever gets that far.

Prisoners are brought out to the meeting area and supervised very strictly. Not that folks don't try, and I've been shown some videos of the ingenuity of people trying to slip stuff in. Notably, they have to be secretive about it--it's always illegal..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
