I've recently started beating a path towards 6% body fat. I've always been fairly built and lean, but I wanted to really challenge myself. I've been eating a really strict low glycemic index diet, I've basically cut all bread, pasta and rice out of my diet.
I still eat carbs in vegetable and bean form, so I haven't completely cut them out. Metabolic Research Center is a program that is designed for real life, long term weight loss. The program allows you to use real food you prepare at home, so there isnt any point of calorie counting, WHICH IS A BLESSING! People average 2-5 lbs a week....the 5 mostly coming from men (of course).
Most women average 3 pounds a week. Its not to expensive, check it out.
I have my own plan which I use regularlyYou can view my hub on ithubpages.com/hub/The-most-simple-diet-yo....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
