What happened to the souls of man before Jesus died on the cross for our sins?

Hell needed janitors and a welcoming party.

They were either righteous or unrighteous according to how they responded to the commands of God at that time. Noah was righteous because he built the ark and got inside. Do we need to build an ark today?

Abraham was righteous because he would have sacrificed his son. Are we to try to sacrifice our son? Righteousness comes from doing what God commands.

The New Testament is now in effect and we are on this side of the cross. With such a magnificent sacrifice, we are responsible to honor it with obedience.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
